luci: shunt mode select node can custom

You can directly customize SOCKS/HTTP server when selecting nodes.
For example:
socks://127.0.0.1:1080
socks://username:password@127.0.0.1:1080
http://127.0.0.1:2080
http://username:password@127.0.0.1:2080
