luci: Adjust Xray DNS logic
...
* remove FakeDNS mode, because it does not support persistence.
* because the built-in DNS server can only query A/AAAA type, so must be use a TCP server to query non -A/AAAA type
* It is recommended to use Sing-Box instead of it.
